Shipping: Domestic orders over $100 include free shipping. All other countries shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Duties and Tariffs: All duties and tariffs for individual countries will be the buyers responsibility.
Incorrect Address: If the address given to Rural Haze was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing Rural Haze with the correct address. Rural Haze is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, the amount of return shipment will be deducted from the buyers refund.
Lost/Misplaced Packages: All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of Rural Haze. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).
Incorrect Product: In the event you have received an incorrect order, Rural Haze will pay for the shipping back to us for an exchange.
Return: If you have received the correct order and for any reason it isn't perfect for you, just reach out and let us know within 60 calendar days of receiving! We will happily email you a shipping label and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you’d like an exchange, an invoice with the cost of the label will be emailed.
Installment Payment Programs: If your purchase was made through Afterpay, Sezzle or Shopify Installments, you will be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Packaging: When returning footwear, if the shoe box is used as the outer box or is damaged in shipment or packing, a $5 fee will be assessed. When returning shoes, all boxes received must be sent back.
International Returns: If you ordered internationally you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order back to us.
Self-shipping:In the event you have sent the package back yourself, always keep a record of the tracking number until we have confirmed it as received.
Exchanges: The same shipping rates apply to any exchanged items (free for domestic, a charge for international).
Only items that are received in new, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange (sale items are eligible for store credit only, and may not be sent with their original boxes). Any items sent back with damage( i.e. items have been worn, contain cigarette smoke, pet hair). or ineligible for refund will be returned to the customer, at their cost.
Return Shipping Fee: Please note that the purchaser has to pay for the return shipping.
